A great day in Dublin starts with a great night of sleep. Our summer residences sit within the leafy Belfield campus in Dublin 4, giving you peace and quiet at night and quick connections to the city by day.

We offer two room types to suit different trips and budgets. Village Studios give you your own private space with a kitchenette, ideal for couples and independent travellers. Ensuite Single Bedrooms give you a private bathroom with access to shared kitchen and lounge facilities, perfect for groups and solo adventurers. Our apartments range from 3 to 14 bedrooms, so there's room for everyone from a pair on a city break to a full touring group.

Every stay includes bed linen, towels, complimentary WiFi and 24 hour reception and security. Self service laundry facilities are available on campus, and complimentary parking is available too, subject to availability.

All bookings require a minimum stay of two nights, and our cancellation policy is 14 days before arrival. Remember, you save €20 per night when you book direct on our official website.

Important Notice Regarding Summer 2026 Construction

As part of our commitment to enhancing facilities for students and summer guests, UCD will undertake significant development projects on campus during summer 2026. These works may result in noise and disturbance, potentially occurring seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, to meet project timelines. While we are dedicated to minimizing disruptions, some impact in areas near the accommodation is unavoidable. Please note that construction will not take place within the residences themselves.
